Star Health agents were performing poorly, due to poor software experience. We needed to identify and rethink about how the agents would go about his sales.

This was a problem statement, there were no thoughts or wireframes but just the justification of why the product is being made. That is when I realised that Bedanta has product management skills as well. His creativity doesn't just stop at colours and design but goes way beyond.

Final Reflection
The idea of one-screen-do-all for a user is quite tricky. Identifying the user's preferences and needs played a huge role in strategizing the design
Giving the user the users the ability to customize and use the product was a well needed option. Thus 'widgeting out' the various features was introduced.
This was a different experience for me, one that forced me to think differently about interface designing.
