Future Generali needed an app redesign for the agents reaching out to customers. This is includes new features, better user journey and training modules just for the agents.

Final Reflection
The idea of one-screen-do-all for a user is quite tricky. Identifying the user's preferences and needs played a huge role in strategizing the design
Giving the user the users the ability to customize and use the product was a well needed option. Thus 'widgeting out' the various features was introduced.
This was a different experience for me, one that forced me to think differently about interface designing.
